Wild Warps

Now I have just as much of an inclination to hide my mistakes as anyone else but sometimes sharing them can be instructive.

The picture shows what can happen if you build in a hurry (and you are building while watching television at the same time). I failed to notice that I was using two very different weights of balsa for the leading edge and spars on either side of this wing. The mistake became very apparent as soon as I began to shrink the tissue. Fortunately, this wing is so simple that it only takes a half an hour to build another one.
