Monz, I am interested in how you "size" your EDF models. I assume you start with the fans and all the associated gear on your workbench first, in a sense. So you have that weight you know you will have to lift plus the structure. So what is your thinking after that point?

Do you mean that you have 2 vertical sticks that fit into slots in the stab and the friction between the sticks and stab holds the stab in place?
