Re: On the workbench right now...

Ludo, sorry, I thought you are from Germany....

I use a 3/16" twice the prop - rear peg distance. It neets some nose weight, but you will get nice long flights with this lenght.

Cross my fingerst that you can try yours soon.

Beautiful Monique!
The finish looks so clean... I like the opaque fresh colours.

Re: On the workbench right now...

Some news from my newest Redwing.
It ist finished now and is awaiting its first flight. Weight is in the same range as my other Redwings (It is my 4. Redwing  )
For our meeting next month, three people announced to bring a Redwing to the field :)

Uhu, did you already fly your Redwing?

Re: On the workbench right now...

The red dress looks nice:-)
It takes quite some time to build a Pitts, but at the end, it's worth, they look very nice.
First trim flights are close;-)

Nice!
Is it an oil-cooler on the bottom of the fuselage front? Looks great, do you have a front picture of it?

Howard, thanks for the info, I never saw this colour scheme on a Cessna before.
Keep us informed how it flies.
