Cheers Tom, will see if I can get it on Amazon or something. Doubt it'll be available in the UK.

Re: Polikarpov PO-2
You beat me to it Monz! I haven't developed much of a fondness to any of the Deluxe products - other than the yellowish Alipathic. That rather small bottle is pretty expensive here @ EUR 6.95 and a buddy has tried the WB EZE Kote 1 resin (acryl. base, I suppose and VERY expensive!). He says it's GR...

Re: Polikarpov PO-2
Monz, is Superphatic your normally go-to glue? I never had much success with it on balsa structures, although it worked well for attaching canopies, and gluing paper framework to them. I just grabbed a bottle of Elmer's Extreme School Glue at the Supermarket to assemble a laser cut plywood toy for ...

A bit more done today. 1/32nd sheet formed on a Pringles tin. I started with paper templates, transferred to the balsa and once formed a lot of fettling here and there to get a close fit. http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff96/Monsts1/4582BD4E-EA8F-47DE-BE58-B874448A7D25_zpssquiycsa.jpg http://i240...

Re: Veron "Buster"
The best way I've found to do lettering like that is to stencil it onto some masking tape, cut it out and then use that as a mask for some light coats of paint. Takes a bit of patience to make the stencil. Or, depending on your printer, run the clear decal paper through with the lettering in a light...

Re: Polikarpov PO-2
Hey Russ! SFA was my free flight home, so I hope we can all get it back to where it was. Slow progress on this. Spent some time today getting the fuselage cross members and formers in. Hope to get the 1/32nd sheet decking on tonight. I really need to get cracking on this to have it ready for April.....
