Re: OD-17 O.F.F.C. One Design Model For 2017
"The best millennial comment was, "Doing something like that is like Chitty Chitty Bang Band old!" One teenage girl asked me how long it would take me to build the model I was working on (Irish Jumping Bean). I told her about 10 hours. She turned to her friends and said, "OMG, t...

Re: After Bathing at Baxter's (Fiction Flier)

Bernard, not sure at this time whether I'll make it up for the Friday session, but I'll let you know as soon as possible. I am a US citizen, but have lived in Germany for the past 45 years :o , so you can take your pick :D . George, I had/have some issues with processes that were becoming dysfunctio...

Ludo,
Monz says she started this "a few weeks ago" in the opening message, and another week is nearly over. Normally, the model would have been completed and flown by now...

Howard,
re: stance issue. The rake angle of the main gear might be a bit off (too far forward), placing the axles at, or too near the "balance point". Bending the legs back a touch will ease the problem.
Might be like telling Gran'ma how to suck eggs...
