Looks nice Mike. I am impressed with your speed of building, I time my builds by geological ages so yours is just zooming along!

It's the details that slow me down. That and having to redo my mistakes! After covering the rudder in yellow I happened to glance at the box art, sure enough, it's blue. So the tissue was sanded off and recovered in blue. I've also started covering the wing. The center section will be blue (like the box art!)

I did some more covering and pulled the nose block. I modified the nose slightly, just enough to remove the hi flier bearing parts. Fit's well enough. If I make another one I'll raise it off the vacuum form by about 1/8". Now it's down to the details. I'll start cutting out the registration numbers tonight.

Your Taylorcraft looks good. Do you remember the Hi Flyers that Allan Schanzle used to build so many years ago?
