Pete, I can imagine it. I know rain, saw it once on the TV. Maybe one time I will get the chance to see it "in real" when traveling outside of switzerland
At the moment we have some snow here (finaly ) I like to fly in winter, but at the moment its just to wet...
Roman
Just lovely. It looks so good that I'm not even going to mention that it would look even better with a pilot. (oops)
Wonderful photos of a great model. Thanks for sharing!
Due to too much work, I was not flying much during the last months
But at the moment I have holidays and found some time for flying. I took 5 planes with me to the field, but three of them were only test flights since I hade to make some adjustments. at the end I only managed to take some pictures of my Nakajima.
Lovely photos of the Nakajima, Roman! How has the four-bladed propeller worked out? It looks very realistic.
I was also out during the weekwend making trim flights together with a friend (Johan, whom you might remember from Nijmegen). Here is Johans Spitfire making a sortie. It's built from the VMC kit.
And here is my Trim, a Swedish design from 1938. "Trim" means the same in Swedish as in English. I had not tested it before, but it proved to be a nice flier. I had less luck with an A1 glider inherited from a deceased member of our club. It cartwheeled during a landing and broke a wing tip. Should not be too difficult to repair though.
Lovely models and photos, Andrea and Roman. Very nice Nakajima flight shots and that VMC Spit looks just great against that sky.
Hope you both are going to make it to Nijmegen again in November?
