Rake Mini Madcap

Postby scrubs » Wed Feb 08, 2017 5:36 pm

Here's a Rake 18" design I built from a Manzano Laser kit. Rudder and throttle only since I had a brick with a dead servo. Around 30 grams less lipo. Plans are available from outerzone.

That looks nice Scrubs, and a nice manageable size too. I have a full size Madcap in my workshop which was a gift from my fellow club members to try to encourage me into some easy RC flying. It's huge! (Well it is for me, I'm more used to peanuts). A nice stable flyer though.

Sorry to respond so late. It flies great in under 5-7 mph winds. I need to explore more S & T micro RC.
